Anjan Bose
Anjan Bose is the 3rd generation custodian leader, officially MD of Aurora Film Corporation, which happens to be India’s oldest functioning Cinema Company since 1906 having the legacy of producing and distributing films of maestros like Satyajit Ray (Aparajito, Jalsaghar, Pather Panchali), Ritwik Ghatak (Ajantrik) and many more. He is a senior filmmaker-producer who has to his credit three National Awards (including Rajat Kamal) as director and many more national and international acclaims for his films including the prestigious Indian Panorama, IFFI. He has also been a one-time chairman and three times jury member of the Indian Panorama.

Mirza Shabnam Ferdousi
Shabnam Ferdousi is the Head of Program, Current Affairs & Program Department, Ekattor TV, Dhaka, Bangladesh. She is an audio-visual consultant, organizer and film activist. She has 30 years of experience in electronic media. She is a popular news and program presenter. She has made more than 150 documentaries as an executive producer, and more than 40 documentaries as a director. She also has made many short fiction films. Her debut feature length fiction Ajob Karkhana (2022) participated many festivals in home and abroad, and won FIPRESCI award in Dhaka IFF. She has a M.S.S degree in Sociology. She is the president of Bangladesh Documentary Council, and former joint secretary of Bangladesh Short Film Forum. She has served on the jury in many national and international film festivals.

Swati Bhattacharjee
Swati Bhattacharjee is Senior Assistant Editor, Ananda Bazar Patrika. She has an MA in Philosophy from Jadavpur University, an MSc in Media Research from Stirling University UK, and a PhD in Social Science from TISS Mumbai. She writes on poverty alleviation and gender justice. She has authored and edited several books. Swati was a Fulbright-Nehru fellow, 2010-11, at ALJ Poverty Action Lab, MIT. She was a Jefferson Fellow at East West Centre, Hawaii, in 2006. She also received the Senior Research fellowship from ICSSR, 2012-14. Swati won the Journalist of Courage and Impact Award in 2018 from East West Centre, Hawaii. She is a founder-member of South Asian Women in Media (SAWM), and is currently the president of its Indian chapter.
